My threshold starts around 10 o'clock. I rarely have it past 12 o'clock.

Howdy OWT that sounds about right to me both my minelabs are near the same 1-3 o'clock position before I get a threshold tone anything under that is dead silence - Ronnie

OWT. Check your target volume on the screen it should be at the factory preset or higher. This can effect your threshold volume. I run my threshold at about 12 to 1 o'clock. You want it just to where you get it smooth and steady. 12:00 would be pointing straight at the autotuning button for visual reference. Most people who use external speakers run a little stronger threshold than those who use headphones.----Bob
